What is Hydrotherapy?
It is a regimen of treatment where the element of warm water is used. The element, that flows with the stream. The flexibility and trust of the water, to relax and let the water do its work while the effect of gravity on the body
is reduced in the water.
Hydrotherapy is considered as a branch of medicine; in particular of naturopathy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy, that involves the use of warm water for pain relief and treatment.
Hydrotherapy exercises, also known as aqua-therapy,
are performed in warm water for relaxation, fitness,
physical rehabilitation, and other therapeutic benefits.
